I am partnering with interpreter extraordinaire Frida Blum to teach several continuing education courses troughout 2024. Mostly geared towards court interpreters in several Western states, the course offering includes ethics—delving into the role of the interpreter and the boundaries we must have in and out of courts—, indigenous peoples of Latin America, Mexican proverbs and expressions, and many more. We have planned several weekends along the year to offer different dates for colleagues. The closest date is May 24 to 26, 2024 for the online live classes.
